These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kursly AI platform operated by Kursly AI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Use of the Platform

Kursly AI provides a SaaS platform for managing education businesses. You agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
  • Not use the platform to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content.
  • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
  • Comply with all applicable laws when using the platform, including data protection regulations.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process Your Data solely to provide and improve the platform. We will handle Your Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered and for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to process personal data of your students, staff, and parents through the platform.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Kursly AI offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually.
  • Prices are displayed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. You can start in demo mode without a card, or add a card at setup to go live. At the end of the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the plan's listed price unless you cancel; if you do not subscribe, your account is suspended but your data is retained for 30 days.

6. Intellectual Property

The Kursly AI platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Kursly AI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the platform as a subscriber.

7. Availability & Support

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We provide support via email at hello@kursly.ai.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kursly AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kursly AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time from your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, you may request an export of Your Data within 30 days.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kursly AI operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
